Comfortable Stay with a Few Hiccups

I enjoyed my stay in a spacious Superior Room. The staff offered a lovely breakfast with fresh pastries. Just be aware of potential stairs if your room is not close to the lift. A helpful tip, ask for assistance with luggage at check-in, especially if it's heavy.

The canal view was beautiful, but the shower door was broken and not fixed.

Our stay was good! The room was spacious with a comfy bed. Loved the stunning canal view and great water pressure in the shower.

The room felt a bit cramped, which can be bothersome for those used to larger accommodations, especially considering the price point. Soundproofing leaves something to be desired. even with the balcony doors closed, you can hear the early morning activity from the canal, which may disrupt sleep. The breakfast area is on the small side, resulting in a noisy start to the day, and seating can be limited during peak hours. A few maintenance quirks, like a slightly awkward shower door that bangs into the toilet, could use some attention.

Perfect location with a splendid view

Had an amazing time! The place is super close to the train and vaporetto stops. My room was small but cozy, perfect for me. The Grand Canal view was stunning, but had to close the windows at night because of the noise. Really enjoyed the breakfast too, just wish the coffee was better.

This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need, free wi-fi, a great bar/lounge area, and a welcoming reception. The staff once helped me return my sim cards left in the room, which I really appreciated. I recommend it for others!

I really enjoyed my stay at the premier collection. it’s in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from the santa lucia train station, overlooking the canal. my superior room may have been small, but those views really made it feel special. also, the breakfast was amazing!

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the great breakfast by the canal while soaking up the sun. The spa services were fantastic and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, although the room was nice, the street noise was noticeable at times, so consider bringing earplugs. 😊

We had an amazing trip with friends! Explored the incredible art at the Biennale and took a gondola ride through the canals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. The staff were super nice, and our room was spacious and clean. Definitely recommend it for a fun group getaway!

We were excited to try the cicchetti cafe but the service was slow, and the food didn't meet our expectations. It took a while for our meals to arrive, and the pasta was cold.
